  1. IGN : Instagrm
    Age? : 13
Timezone? : EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Do you have a working screen recorder [OBS, Fraps ETC] : Yes, indeed I do. I use OBS.
Do you have a working microphone? Yes.
How many hours a day can you moderate on the server? : I can dedicate up to an hour or two in the community. Usually, when school comes in my way, I can't promote most of my time to the server but when I'm out of school, I'm free to moderate and play on the server as a staff member.
What are your main aspirations for the server? : My main hope for the server is that the player limit extends and extends as it goes on so there will be more active players for the server. Second, I would love to enjoy my time helping other players out in the game and making them enjoy their time on the server. Thirdly, make sure that the server is always appropriate and there aren't any players who are swearing or using inappropriate language. Basically, moderate the chat. My main goal as a staff member is to get to the right standard being. Which means do what all staff positions do. Assist and welcome new players to the server. Tell them about it and make recommendations about the server, so that players will have an enjoyable time playing on the server.
What key skills and features make you stand out from others? :
Respect - I always respect players in the community. I always give players good feedback, I have an outstanding behavior on discord TeamSpeak also skype when talking to friends.

Experience - I have experience with playing on many other different factions server, I'm not going to name them as it results in an advertisement. But I really enjoy factions and I believe I have what it takes to be a role in the community.

Active - I can be active mostly on weekends. Weekdays I can be a little active, probably about 1-2 hours for weekdays and 2-4 hours on weekends.

I believe that I am a very mature person. At all times I deal with situations properly and never joke around whatsoever. I'm easy to get along with and I have a lot of patience and can deal with immature people easily. However, even though being mature all the time is very good and fantastic however sometimes it is good to have a joke and laugh for a bit with some friends but
if it's a serious situations I will take it calm and carefully with dedication.

I'm very honest to anybody that talks to me, I always tell the truth no matter what interferes in my way and will never be biased towards anyone and listen to both sides of the story. I'm always trying to be kind and respectful to both people whatever the situation turn's out too. I don't lie to anyone and always tell the 100% truth.

Do you have any past experience as staff? : Well actually yes, I do have some experiences with moderating a server including discord servers.

    Server: Aceville
    Position: Moderator - Administrative Intern
When I started as a staff member on acevillepvp, I felt dedicated and welcome to the team. It didn't really have that much players but everybody was contributing most of their time to the community. Which means I got to help out each player by player. It was really fun and enjoyable. I enjoyed the server too much that I donated much and much money to it, saying that I can contribute my time there. Later on, the server moved along with another server called acevillefactions. It was the same as acevillepvp but acevillepvp had bungeecord with kitpvp and creative and aceville factions just had factions with not bungee-cord. I moved on with that as the server continued to develop. Which means I didn't continue to stay staff on that server.

    Server: VortexMC
    Position: Staff Manager + Administrator
VortexMC was also a kind of small server, it didn't have that much players but it was getting more better and better at the time. I was manging the staff team, promoting new staff members, basically what mangers do. Honestly helping out as much players that need my help. The server shut down then, we don't know why but we have no contact with the server owner.

Back in 2013, I had some staff experiences, 2015 was when I retired from all the servers I applied from.
The first server in 2013 I was ever staff on was a server called Vicious Circle. This server was a Survival server that started up back in 2013. I made it all the way to Admin on this server and had a blast while I was staff. I had made multiple friends from the OG players that ended up quitting a long time ago. This server back in its prime had about 300 people on it daily, it was that good. I miss it dearly and all of the people I use to speak with.

The second server that I was staff on was PvPingMC. This server was a mixture of Custom Enchant Factions/KitPvP, and Skyblock. This server had anywhere from 700-1000 players on it during its prime. I ended up resigning from this network because the staff team was quite abusive at times, and the owner did not care about his server at all, whether that was fixing bugs ingame/plugins, or taking care of his staff team. I believe that owners should have a relationship with each and every one of his staff members, especially when they do work for them.

The third server that I was staff on was FaithfulMC. Yes, I know many people on the staff team and the server were not very fond of this server, but during the time I was staff, I made several close friendships and still talk to acouple select people from that server. During the time I was staff, I had noticed that some staff on that server were quite toxic and did not exactly agree with some decisions that they had made, and made the decision to resign.

Last but not least, ViperMC. I only got to Trial Mod on this server and then resigned due to me recognizing that they have unfair rules on their team and a few staff that abuse their duties as staff, and make it unfair for everybody. I do not like servers like that and make it not fun for everybody else. I will be willing to explain the whole situation to Br0 and Br0 only, I just want to keep it kinda private and not spread alot of drama.

How well do you know Faction commands? : Considering the fact that I have owned a factions server, I have a ton of experiences with commands.

    /f create - Creates a factions
/f desc Creates the description of the faction.
/f create [faction tag] Creates a new faction, you will be that faction admin.
/f join [faction name] Joins a faction with the given name.

/f chat,c Toggles factions only chat.
/f home Teleports you back to your factions home.
/f list,ls *[page] Shows a list of factions
/f claim Claims the current chunk of land where you are standing. 1 chunk of land requires 1 power (/f power).
/f claim [faction=your] [radius=1] Claims a radius of land around you.
/f autoclaim Claims land while your player walks around.
/f unclaim Unclaims the chunk you are standing on for your faction. Only a faction admin or moderator can do this.

Any other additional information we should know about you? : I know how the hack clients operate, the types of hacks they contain and also how to detect them, for example:

    Auto-Soup :
Automatically eats soup for a player to heal themselves when they are low, can also automatically refill a players hot-bar if they run out of soup. This can easily be checked by doing the ./inventorysee or ./invsee command and watching how they refill and soup/hot-key.

    Forcefield :
Automatically hits all players/mobs within a certain radius of the player using the client, this hack can be toggled on and off to avoid suspicion and will require a lot of video evidence to result in a ban, but can also be blatantly obvious.

    Auto-aim :
As simple as it sounds, similar to forcefield, it will automatically aim for the player at targets so they can click and hit the player/entity, this can be detected by either spawning mobs behind them, or going in and out of ./admin or ./v and can result in a ban with very little video evidence if it contains "head snaps" that are obvious.

    Jesus :
This being a reference to the miracle to Jesus walking on water, the playing is able to seamlessly walk/run across the water without being slowed down. This is easy to detect and easy to ban with any type of video evidence.

  2. Denied. You've made it very clear to us in the ways you've conducted yourself on the forums that you're not fit for a staff position.
